How does it work?

We have a large network of individuals and businesses with extensive knowledge of formulation and manufacturing services for cosmetic brands.

We decided to tap into that network and provide access to them through this website. It works by them either listing their offerings for you to choose from, or some may choose not list individual services but still be involved in the bespoke service.

The Bespoke Service, what is it?

We have some service providers who only want to work on complete projects form start to finish. So in order to find which one is most suitable, we then ask you to go through a questionnaire where you specify each aspect of the products that you wish to have created/manufactured and then we send that onto a range of different service providers and see which of them are interested in the project. Once they get back to us, we then present you with a range of up to 3 different options as to who to go with; once the choice has been made, you pay an upfront fee to start the project. The fee is 50% of the total project fee. The remainder is then due before the project is handed over at completion. You work exclusively then with the chosen service provider to have your project completed.

Do I need to sign up to Stripe as a service provider?

To receive payouts, you need to go to the payout section in your account and follow the instructions there.
